Show name and an emoji from a custom field in the event title

You can choose to show the contents of any event field in the titles of events, automatically.
If you use a custom choice field, you can choose to show the name or an assigned emoji in the title field.
What if you want to show both the assigned emoji and the field contents?
There's no option to choose both the emoji and the name of a custom field option.
However, here's a workaround:
Add the assigned emoji to the field name, and set the Name to show in the event title?
Then you'll see the field name (with the emoji as part of the name) in the event title.
