When you create a free Teamup Calendar, it is much more than a free trial. A Teamup Calendar is a free service that will not expire. Users can continue to enjoy the features available on the free plan for as long as needed.
If you upgrade to a paid subscription, you can choose the level that fits your needs best.
Here are few things to consider when deciding if you want to upgrade:
How many sub-calendars do you need? Each subscription plan allows a different number of sub-calendars. Reminder: You can use folders to keep your sub-calendars organized.
Check out custom fields, which make it possible to create your own event fields to capture specific information. If you create custom choice fields with prefilled options, you'll also be able to filter events by those options.
On any plan (including free), you can configure and customize the default event fields so they're more useful.
You can also deactivate sub-calendars temporarily so they not count against your sub-calendar limit. You can deactivate any sub-calendars that you may not need currently but want to keep the data for.
How much historical data do you need to access? Historical data is available on a rolling basis, as determined by the subscription plan. For example, the free service includes one year of historical data, while the Plus plan includes five years of historical data.
How many users do you need to add? Each subscription plan allows a certain number of account-based users. You also have the ability to create shareable calendar links (on any plan, including free) which can be used to serve an unlimited number of anonymous users.
