How to retain historical data on the free plan

Teamup's free plan includes one year of historical data. If you don't need an upgraded subscription plan, but you want to be able to view more than one year of historical data, you can back up the calendar data locally:
- Export the data you want to keep from Teamup to an .ics file or a .csv file as explained here.
- Periodically (e.g. weekly, monthly, or quarterly), save calendar data to a PDF file via the 'Print & Export PDF' functionality.
You can also upgrade your plan temporarily to access and export more historical data than you are currently able to access.
