Speaker: Zoë Goehring, of Cave Paper
Cave Paper is an independently owned handmade paper production studio operating since 1994, dedicated to making decorated and unusual sheets of high-quality paper for use by artists, bookbinders, and all types of designers.
In July 2020, Cave Paper relocated from Minneapolis, MN, to Tucson, AZ, as part of the transition of ownership from founder Amanda Degener to the new owner and operator, Zoë Goehring.
In addition to speaking about Cave's story and her plans as the next generation owner, Zoë will give a virtual tour of the new Tucson studio and walk through Cave’s papermaking process, from raw fiber to decorated sheet.
