Are you frustrated with your work space? Tired of trying to find that pencil or bone folder amidst the mess on your table? Do your tools look like this?
Well, this workshop could be the perfect solution for you! Organize your work table with this handy tool caddy. Made of bookboard, hand-printed bookcloth and decorative papers, this tool caddy features open containers for pencils, pens and other tools at the top; drawers for thread, erasers, replacement knife blades and more; a rack to hold rulers, templates and triangles; and a pin-cushion for needles. You can also add an optional container for larger triangles and templates in the back, and a clock on the front. Many of the components of this box can be customized for your individual needs.
This class will also hone your box making tools...we will learn how to make a basic tray and 'matchbox' cover, and use those skills to make the components of the caddy. Once you have finished this box, you will be very experienced at making and covering boxes.
