Held over 2 Thursdays - 7/13 & 7/20. This workshop introduces the history and basic structures of artist books—ranging from traditional to experimental. Create books from DIY chapbooks, personal journals, scrapbooks, or even as gifts for friends and family. Projects may include: accordion books, Japanese stab binding, tunnel books, and more. Bring your own quotes, short poems, or images and craft multiple books during the day to get a taste of the joy that is book arts. Space is limited to 12.
