Three Variations of Hard Cover Books (Los Angeles, CA)
Join Andrew Huot in a two-day class featuring three variations of hard-covered books with single and multiple sections. The first will be a way to dress up single signature pamphlet books. The next the Sewn Board Binding, a variation allowing for flat opening of the book, the last is the Case Bound Book that has the traditional look of the book. The structures are sewn and glued, covered in cloth and paper, and can be used as journals, sketchbooks, or artist books. There will also be an additional materials fee.
