Adding a secondary email address on a Teamup user account is meant for when an individual user has more than one email address.
Secondary email addresses are not meant to belong to other users because each user account is personal to one individual. Teamup user accounts are meant to be tied to one individual, and are used to identify who you are for better security.
Each person in your organization should have their own unique Teamup user account.
If someone's email address is listed as a secondary email address for another person's account, here's what to do.
Remove a secondary email from another person's account
The owner of the account (e.g. the individual tied to the primary email address for that account) should take these steps.
