If you use SuperControl to manage rental properties, you may wish to create a consolidated iCal feed of bookings from multiple booking channels. You can do this for a single property or multiple properties. Then you can add the consolidated iCal feed to SuperControl.
It's important that the consolidated iCal feed(s) refresh frequently so that you have continually updated booking information in SuperControl.
Otherwise, you may end up with conflicting bookings.
Teamup will periodically refresh the inbound feed source to keep the feed updated. When you add inbound feeds from booking channels to Teamup, you can choose the refresh interval for each iCal feed from the available options.
Available refresh intervals depend on the subscription plan of the calendar:
The initial fetch will take place immediately after configuring a new iCalendar feed. After that, the feed source will be refreshed with the configured frequency. The feed status (last fetch date, errors) is shown in the list of calendars (Settings > Calendars).
To ensure that you see the latest bookings quickly in SuperControl, be sure to choose the refresh rate that is sufficiently updated in SuperControl. If you're on the Basic plan but need feeds to refresh more frequently than every 12 hours, you can upgrade to a paid plan. See details for how to upgrade.
